This watercolour piece was initially quite difficult and I washed it off after the first attempt. Not all pieces of work just ‘flow’!!! I was pleased with the final result though and a gentleman eventually bought it from the ‘Staithes art festival. It reminded him of a poem that he had once written so felt compelled to take it home.
